To mark the first anniversary of DARWIN EU®, the Data Analysis and Real-World Interrogation Network, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) is holding a live event on LinkedIn about the use of real-world evidence in medicines regulation.

Peter Arlett, the Head of Data Analytics and Methods Task Force, will discuss how EMA and the network of EU medicines agencies are collecting and analysing data about the use of medicines in the real world. In particular, he will talk about Darwin EU®. The interview will be conducted by Alessandro Faia from the Communication Department.

All live viewers are encouraged to participate and ask any questions they may have at the end of the preliminary discussion by using the comment section. Questions related to the topic can also be sent in advance of the event by email to [e-mail] and will be answered live on 20 April.
