From 1 January 2025, EMA certificates of medicinal product must be ordered through the certificates processing system (CPS).

EMA invites all human and veterinary industry stakeholders to a system demonstration session followed by questions and answers on the Certificates Processing System.

• Requesting certificates
• Guidance on how to pay fees to EMA

Please note: fee-related questions and technical questions related to any other system changes or platforms (e.g., IRIS) except for CPS are outside the scope of this session.
